EDE COFFEE – FROM THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS TO GLOBAL VALUE

The journey of Y Pot Nie and his aspiration to affirm the position of Central Highlands agricultural products.

A legacy of pride.

Y Pot Nie decided to leave the white coat of the medical profession not because he disliked the career of saving lives, but because he realized a painful reality: the Ede farmers, despite sweating on their land, never truly owned the coffee beans they cultivated.

“"I chose to leave the clinic and return to the farm, carrying with me the mission of restoring pride and self-determination to my community."”

Science & Tradition ❤️

Combining medical knowledge of meticulousness, hygiene, and clinical procedures into cultivation and harvesting processes results in the most perfect cups of coffee.

Mission of Empowerment

Ê Đê Cafe was born not just as a brand, but as a declaration of self-reliance, where each coffee bean carries the breath of the mountains and forests and the dignity of the people of the Central Highlands.

Ede Coffee Born from a love for the Central Highlands, where coffee beans grow on the fertile red basalt soil of Buon Kla – Ea Na – Dak Lak.
We don't just make coffee.
We carry with us the story of the Ede community, the spirit of the mountains, and the aspiration to elevate the value of Vietnamese coffee to the world.
The journey of Ê ĐÊ Coffee began with an Ê Đê man who had graduated in medicine and worked in a hospital for many years, but decided to return to his homeland to build a coffee brand that reflects his ethnic identity.
From the traditional roasting methods I learned from my grandmother by the old fireplace,
Ê ĐÊ Coffee gradually took shape with the philosophy:
"Coffee is more than just a drink.".
"It is culture, community, and values that are built on kindness."”
